Walter Tishma Way - Twin Sisters Peak

Our fabulous Footpaths of the World driver dropped us at the trailhead, but you can walk or drive up from the Lily Lake parking area. Follow the dirt road up to the beginning of the path. There are many switchbacks, keeping the ascent quite manageable. Take your time and set a relaxed pace. The trail eventually goes around the north side of the mountain and exits out of the trees onto a large boulder field. Beware of thunderstorms as you are exposed to the elements here. Follow the well defined trail to a small saddle. The trail to the top passes the little house on the right and climbs into the rocks. Descend back the way you came.
