San Juan De Capistrano to Pinarillo picnic area looping back to Nerja via the Barranco Coladilla.

Starting on street level continue on footpaths until you reach your entry point to the National park off of Calle Manderino.
Walking gradually uphill for approx an hour you reach a plateau, observing Frigiliana in the distance turn right and continue uphill till you reach a mini summit.
There are spectacular views of Nerja, Frigiliana and Maro.
Leaving the mini summit you follow the well defined path inland
, the path undulates for approx 2miels until you reach Collado De los Apretaderos.
Looking from here you will see the Pinarillo Picnic area down to your right follow the 4x4 track downhill joining a single track on your right to take you over to it.
On leaving the picnic sight head downhill on the roadway for approx 1mile where you will see a track off to your right with a stave with red and white X there on take this pass it leads you down the Barranco towards Nerja.
On passing under the motorway and finally the access road that feeds the motorway, take the right hand road behind the Sugar mill and follow until you come the Del Baden II.
Follow the streets downhill until you reach your stoping point.
