A challenging first 4 miles, with some climbs requiring scrambling on all fours. This is an easy to follow route with the rocks being marked by a blue painted dot. The return leg is an easy walk which eventually leads you onto the river bed and offers a picturesque decent through the gorge!

Starts out on great mountain terrain with ocean views, and ends up in a lush valley with steep rock walls and caves.
