This is a simple peaceful route through the picturesque forest mountains near Gori, and therefore from Tbilisi.

The track runs along old roads, in some places they are overgrown, but in early and mid-spring this is not a big problem. There are a lot of water sources here, streams and rivulets often flow right along the road. It is worth stocking up on membrane and spare socks.

It is also better to take a filter with you. Despite the fact that the sources are clean, they may contain a lot of particles and organic matter.

On the way you will meet several churches, from overgrown ruins to restored and active ones.

The track can become part of a longer path or lead to the mountain Tsiteli Kva (Red Stone), but for this you need to conduct additional exploration.
