Lower/Upper griffin onto Mark’s trail. Pretty awesome trail run up the west side of the Lynn valley.
Pretty wet, muddy, technical terrain with LOTS of roots. Good up and down cadence, only one really steep section.
I realized after returning that i was just short in the end of the trail at Kennedy falls, a nice goal for next time.
